What you will do?

Explain the buying process to clients.
Negotiate on behalf of buyer.
Compare a property with similar properties that have recently
sold to determine its competitive

Market price.
Advise clients on market conditions.
Promote sales of properties through advertisements.
Talk to clients to determine genuine buyers and what they want.
Generate list of properties that are compatible with client’s
requirements.
Answer client’s questions regarding construction work, financing,
maintenance, repairs and appraisals.
Visit properties to asses them before showing them to clients
Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers.
Final the deal.
Requirements
Experience in the field of real estate dealings.
Proven record of making sales.
Ability to finalise deals.
Presentable, good negotiator, good personality traits.
